Deploy this package to your environment so you can use the Project Templates Report solution then run it, collapse it, and expand each Project to see which Template(s) are attached.
The report includes a number of prompts (Project Name, Owner, Entry Date, Planned Start Date, Planned Completion Date, and Status) with which you can focus the results; and you're welcome to adjust the report to suit your own needs.
